Small changes in your thinking can make a huge difference to your experience and enjoyment in life!
The quality of your relationships, experiences and outcomes are greatly a product of your thinking. Ask yourself the question “do I always have healthy thoughts”? Think about all the areas of your life (Money, Family, Environment, Relationships, Spiritual Growth, Career, Health, Fun and Recreation etc.) Here is a fun tool called Wheel of Life for you to identify for yourself! Are you happy with your results in all of these areas? Most people have a few or more results in their life they are not happy with. The results you are unhappy with in your life are basically the gap between how things are and how things can be.
Your results don’t lie. What is going on in the inside of your mind (thinking) is visible for the world to see by what is going on in your life on the outside. I know it can be hard to believe but it’s true. I remember the first time I heard that concept I felt really uncomfortable. It made me feel like I had been walking around without my clothes on.
So if your life will be like the one you think about all day long doesn’t it make sense to start thinking about the life (results) you want instead of thinking about what you feel stuck with?
I challenge you this month to look at the results you are unhappy with and create a clear vision of how you would like things to be. Your next challenge is to make your new and improved vision a dominant thought because as you know ‘you’re thinking (thoughts) is the shape of things to come’. This is something I really enjoy focusing on with my clients because I have seen the positive results that come out of this simple exercise.
Regardless of how stuck you are ‘there is always a way especially if you are willing’. Whatever you want to change in your life you can find the way. You have the answers inside of you and your thinking has the power to resolve your challenges and make your life the way you desire it to be.
