Commit to ‘Living the Life you Love’

Commit to ‘Living the Life you Love’

Life greatly rewards people who commit!

BUT what most people fail to understand is “life greatly rewards people who commit 100%” not 99% or less!

The skill of being 100% committed is mastered by conditioning your mind to be persistent and insistent that you never give up and you stay true to your word, desires and responsibilities.  This is the attitude and behavior life greatly rewards.

Anything less than 100% indicates you are not ready, not capable, not willing to do what it takes and ultimately you are not committed – so without question you are automatically sent back to the starting line to find those people who have committed 100% flying high above!

This universal law doesn’t care how hard you worked or how passionate you are it just patiently waits time after time for you to get it!

“Life greatly rewards 100% commitment”

“Life does not greatly reward 99% commitment or less”

To demonstrate how important 100% commitment is imagine what it would mean to you if just one time:

  • You cheat on your partner and he or she finds out = Divorce
  • You choose not to take your life saving medication = Death
  • You forget to put your car seat belt on and get stopped by a police officer = Costly fine and points on your driving license
  • You decide not to practice safe Sex = Hello Mummy and Daddy

It’s easy to see how failing to commit just one time can lead to undesirable or even devastating results!

In theory 100% commitment sounds ‘doable’ but the reality is the majority of people struggle on a daily basis trying to keep the simplest and smallest of commitments they know would serve them well!

Below are some subtle difference between 99% and 100% Commitment:

99% COMMITMENT 100% Commitment
  • You create or accept ‘exceptions to the rule’
  • You allow others or yourself to re-negotiate your commitment
  • You have a depends on what it requires of me attitude
  • Depends on the conditions
  • There is more you could put  into getting your desired results
  • You do what you feel like doing for as long as you feel like doing it
  • You get distracted and side tracked
  • Fear of failure holds you back
  • You have ‘no exceptions to the rule’
  • Your commitment is none negotiable
  • You have a no matter what it takes attitude
  • Zero conditions
  • You put everything you have into getting your desired results
  • You do whatever it takes as long as it takes
  • You stay focused and on track
  • Failure is not an option

Your past level of commitment has got you where you are today and the level of your commitment moving forward will determine where you are in the future.

I challenge you to step back and take an honest look at all the areas of your life.  If there are areas of your life you are dissatisfied with there’s a good chance you have been interested in making some improvements, reaching a goal etc. but  you haven’t fully committed 100%.

If you would like to take your life personally or professionally to a higher level honoring some well thought out commitments would be one of the most important skills you could master and own.

Following through on commitments to create and live a life you love may sometimes require ‘YOU’ for a short period of time to; work longer hours, give up a few weekends, miss out on a social gathering, say no to something you really want to say yes to, step outside of your comfort zone,  learn something new, but in the long run your 100% commitment will be rewarded.

I am 100% committed to helping people live a life they love.  If  you would like some help with identifying some well thought out commitments that would serve you well and would like some help strengthening your level of commitment I would love the opportunity to help you.

There is no need to get ready just come as you are!  I have created Sue Wyatt Coaching for people worldwide just like you.  Contact Sue to find out if what I have to offer is for you!
